Course Options Available

Live sessions available with our coach

All our courses have 3 options:

  • BRONZE PACKAGE: Do the course on your own in your own time 
  • SILVER PACKAGE: Connect with our coach in group sessions 
  • GOLD PACKAGE: One on one sessions customised for you with our coach

 

 

 These online courses can be run as a 'bundle' all together or on their own depending on your needs.
 
A vital and big part of each program is the self discovery workbook. This is where YOU get to investigate your own challenges with your body, food and eating. 
 
Videos and content are released weekly. These usually take anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours per week, however we like to allow time in between to process and work on the self discovery work. Programs can be done in your own time and speed. 
 
All courses are flexible and can be as private or as interactive as you choose. Our coaches are available both online and behind the scenes to help guide you.  
 
You can chose between the different packages from the Bronze package, which is independent, silver package is weekly group online sessions or the Gold package is working one on one with Dawn. 

These two courses are the foundation to ALL courses and will be included regardless of which course you take.

Our aim in this section is to introduce ourselves, our objectives and to help you to understand more about the different modules offered, how the courses work and what your role is. 

Mind Body Connection

Creating awareness around the connection between our minds and bodies is the most crucial step towards living a balanced and fulfilled life and to work towards improving and changing our wellbeing.

Relationship with Food & Eating

"Unless you stole it, you should never feel guilty about any food you eat"

This course aims to promote awareness and understanding of our society, culture, and personal perspectives related to food, eating, and body image. Through curated information and engaging activities, the goal is to unravel common misconceptions, allowing participants to recognize and address their flawed and potentially harmful beliefs concerning their connection with food, eating habits, and their consequential impact on mental, physical well-being, and overall life. The course delves into the exploration of food myths, advocates for the advantages of intuitive and mindful eating, and encourages a deeper introspection into the essence of ourselves as eaters.

Body Image Dissatisfaction

Throughout this course, our aim is to cultivate awareness regarding the detrimental and misguided thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that many of us harbor concerning our bodies, and to illuminate the potential impact these may have on our mental and physical well-being.

The pursuit of an idealized body image often leads to persistent feelings of suffering and dissatisfaction, always seeking ways for improvement. This mindset significantly shapes our behavior and overall well-being, contributing to adverse effects on both mental and physical health.
