Course Package Options

We have many options to chose from. Courses for Teens and for Adults, designed to suit you. Each Course has the option of Bronze, Silver or Gold packages depending on your needs. 

  • Bronze: This Package is for the person who wants to go through the program on their own. It allows you to work at your own pace in our own space. 
  • Silver: This the GROUP package. You can work online through the program by yourself and meet up with your coach and the group weekly plus have access join the community. 
  • Gold: This is the premium package.  You will work ONE on ONE with the coach taking it step by step at your own time and in your own space. Plus have access to the community.

This is the full MiBodi Wellness Online program and includes all the courses We take a look at all aspects of the our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, food and eating and provide tools to help shift these toward a healthy mindset

This course is to help inform and create awareness of society, culture and our own flawed perceptions around food, eating and our bodies and the effects these can have on our overall wellbeing. We provide tools and guidance to help make peace with yourself, your body, food and eating..  This course can be run at your own speed and in your own space
