The MiBodi Wellness program guides you in releasing harmful patterns surrounding your body, food, and eating habits, fostering a journey toward inner peace and acceptance.

Our programs aim to bring awareness to the flawed perceptions and distorted beliefs we hold about our bodies, food, and eating, impacting our overall well-being, relationships, success, and various aspects of life.

We explore how societal pressures have led us to equate our self-worth to our bodies and how pervasive "diet culture" has sustained industries by convincing us that our worth hinges on adhering to their prescribed diets, fitness routines, or products. Through the program, our goal is to empower you with knowledge, self-discovery, and effort, nurturing a balanced state of mind and body.

It's about deepening your understanding of yourself and your body, and being adaptable to life's fluctuations, environmental changes, relationships, seasonal shifts, and personal circumstances. The program encourages a shift in focus towards an inside-out approach, fostering mindfulness of your emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, while learning to trust and connect with your innate Body Wisdom.

Making peace with your body and food extends beyond your plate; it's a holistic approach that involves cultivating self-compassion, accepting your body, and finding pleasure in eating and working towards living in tranquility and wholeness.

How 

The MiBodi Wellness program is designed and written to create awareness, provide information and tools through a series of short online courses, webinars and community support for anyone that would like to shift and transform their relationship with their body, food and eating.
 
The online courses can be run as a 'bundle' all together or on their own depending on your needs.
 
You can chose between the different packages from the Bronze package, which is independent, silver package is weekly group online sessions or the Gold package is working one on one with Dawn. 
 
A vital and big part of each program is the self discovery workbook. This is where YOU get to investigate your own challenges with your body, food and eating. 
 
Video's and content are released weekly. These usually take anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours per week, however we like to allow time in between to process and work on the self discovery work. Programs can be done in your own time and speed. 
 
All courses are flexible and can be as private or as interactive as you choose.  Our coaches are available both online and behind the scenes to help guide you.

Through my own struggles with my body and years of study and research of  I hope to help shift this 'flawed' mindset towards one of awareness, acceptance and peace.
