What is The MiBodi Wellness Progam?
The MiBodi Wisdom Wellness is an online program designed to create awareness and knowledge around our relationship with our,
- Bodies,
- Eating
- and Food
and the impact these have on our wellbeing, relationships and every other area of our lives.
It aims to empower you through knowledge, self-discovery, and effort towards a healthy state of mind and body.
It is about getting to know yourself and your body and being able to adjust and adapt as needed depending on your life at that moment, the environment, your relationships, seasons and availability.
It is designed to help you shift your focus to an inside-out approach, creating more awareness around your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours and learning to understand, trust and tap into our own Body Wisdom.
The online programs are written and designed to help provide information and tools. A vital and big part of each program is the self discovery workbook. It is important to take the time to do this to ensure you fully benefit from these programs.
Video's and content are released weekly to allow time in between to process and work on the self discovery work. Programs can be done in your own time and speed.
The MiBodi Wellness program can be done all as one or you can select individual courses that suit you. Regardless of which course you do, the introduction and foundation will be included.
